11. Learn To Heal With Sound Healing with Lydia Samaniego
Lydia Salmon Diego is a sound healer who uses crystal bowls tuned to specific frequencies to help cleanse and balance people's chakras and energy. She believes sound healing has ancient roots and can help release stuck emotions and trauma. Lydia prepares herself energetically before sound baths to be a clear conduit for the healing frequencies. She finds the river to be an ideal setting for sound healing, as the natural environment and negative ions help create a powerful, cleansing experience. Lydia will be joining Hannah's wellness retreat in Costa Rica to offer sound healing, and they will also be hosting a combined Kundalini yoga and sound bath event at a local studio. Both women emphasize the importance of approaching healing with an open heart and intuition, rather than just relying on external knowledge.
