Faun O’Neel’s profound impact on the veteran caregiver and first responder community is evident in her tireless efforts and personal sacrifices. As a mother of four, including two adopted from foster care, Faun has also welcomed and nurtured 20 foster children. Her resilience was further tested when her youngest daughter faced significant health challenges.

Faun’s journey into caregiving deepened as she supported her husband, a U.S. Army Sergeant, through his post-service struggles with PTSD, TBI, and other injuries. Harnessing her expertise and driven by a desire to fill critical gaps in support, Faun founded Warfighter Overwatch in 2020, creating and implementing programs that directly address the urgent needs of first responders, veterans, and their families. Under Faun’s guidance, Warfighter Overwatch has made a substantial financial impact, reinvesting over $700,000 into community programs that combat mental health challenges and provide crucial support to our nation’s heroes.
